An emotional whirlwind that needs a lot of energy and organisation!

What an interesting job – I met Bridget just before they were emigrating to Sweden. Imagine packing up your SA life and heading to a new country.

Bridget brought boxes, albums, slides, and negatives, as well as a gorgeous poster given as a gift to her husband. na-nu-ja digitised the entire collection – children’s school memorabilia (reports, art, dance, sports photos, and certificates), wedding, holiday, family, and friend photos from the pre-digital era.

At the end of the job a memory stick, dropbox link, and two small neatly indexed boxes were handed over. A few months later followed the project of designing a historical photo book of her Father-in-law’s story from the poster. This was recently collected on a trip back to South Africa.
